How does this happen?
No later than 3 days before arrival at the hotel, the guest will receive an automatic reminder to their email address.
In the letter, the guest sees the date of arrival and a link to online registration.
The guest follows the link and enters their passport details, and the form with the completed online registration automatically goes to the hotel reservation system.
Upon check-in at the hotel, it is enough for the guest to present an identification document to an employee of the Reception and Accommodation Service and get the key to the room.
